In November 2012 our work again appeared in The Church Building & Heritage Review, this time concerning St Peter’s Church in Clitheroe.
This remarkable Perpendicular Gothic building was constructed during the 19th century, but nearly 200 years later the church was well overdue an update. The interior required essential repairs and the lighting was in dire need modernisation to meet present day regulations.
Preston based architects Cassidy + Ashton requested our services to contribute to the restoration. Great British Lighting produced a set of ornate hanging pendants in the Neo-Gothic style, which perfectly match the nave’s aesthetic while being brought right into the 21st century.
Please take a look at the article above to find out more about the redevelopment.
